Its easy to say Florida now because its recent BUT you gotta remember Tampa was top tier team for longer time. They were in finals against Chicago in 2015, had historical regular season in 2019 followed by getting swept by Columbus in first round but then went on and won 2 cups and in finals lost against Colorado. Florida was nobody really until i wanna say last 4 years or so. But if they make it finals again or even won 3rd cup then its Florida.
And to add, i would say Pittsburgh is still above both Florida and Tampa in terms of dynasty in cap era. They have 3 cups from 2009-2017 and have been contender ever since Crosby and Malkin joined.
I think most will say panthers due to them winning it in a true full seasons while Tampa won it in the covid bubble.
Both of them are not dynasty teams. They only have repeated as Stanley Cup champions. Hawks are the last team that was a dynasty. Panthers need at least a 3rd cup. The good news for the Panthers is the core and the culture and players that are stepping in right away makes it a great opportunity to become a dynasty. Heading to 3 straight finals but win 2 of them don’t give them a free pass to say dynasty. The job wasn’t finished in 2023.

Neither teams are a dynasty… stop with this narrative. The last dynasty was the early 2010s Blackhawks teams. You need at least 3 cups in 6 six years to be considered a dynasty.
