You guys forget evander Kane is a playoff player, he adds depth once playoffs hits. So it’s kinda of a big hit on us because we need a few of those guys.

Guys, Swayman disnt have a good year last year because of the team in front of him. He has proven that he IS a #1 starter with experience in a SCF and has a better technical play so this would be a huge upgrade at a reasonable cost. This would make McDavid a very happy guy. At least if the D were to screw up as we know they do, you could depend on him to make the save 80% of the time.
I'm sad to see Kane go. He had some huge moments for the Oil
I worry about the cap situation restricting them, if they just run it back with minor adjustments then that's not good enough to win a cup, and I don't think is enough to entice McDavid to resign.
Those back to back stupid penalties in the playoffs finished him with the Oilers
