   Hit the nail on the hammer here. I saw this and immediately knew Ehlers was gone. It sucks but at least we’re signing NHL calibre players now

   The Jets will make the playoffs, losing Ehlers does not equal going from presidents trophy to missing the playoffs, Perfetti will likely get a bit better and Vilardi could stay healthy. Ehlers is a big loss but you are definitely blowing it out of proportion.

   I'm still befuddled why we are not aiming for a centre. J T isnt 2019 JT anymore. Heck hes not even an in shape player coming back Long covid doesnt go away Pius Suter

   Team is so old now with Scheifele, Toews, Lowry, Nyquist, Pearson, Neidereiter , schenn all well over 30. Need some young guys with speed, but I think these crafty vets can do well
