5:05 Jarnkrok wasnt signed by Tree, it was Dubas who signed that deal, it was a 4 year 2.1M per deal with a 10 team NTC. Kampf was Tree though and I agree, it made no sense at the time to give a 4th line center that kind of term and protection.
Hey look at the salaries of the top six players – last year was insane – the balance is out of whack for what`s required.

I would give domi another chance to rebound from i bad yrear if he gets 50 points he lives up to his contract ,of not the cap in going up the contract won't look too bad then.

I know some are very aroused by some of trades but personally I don't think the Leafs are any better then they were…for the past 2 years they have been picking up a 3rd line center and can't seem to land anyone there… The new Leaf Nation is going to cry next season when the vacant leafs beat up on this team. Revo in particular …. gonna stomp some leafs….. It completely baffles me how a player like Jarnkrok or Kampf could get a NTC at all .. they should feel extremely lucky to be offered a contract period… Anyway, thanks for the update guys…

I still think bertuzzi is a great option and then keep the cap space and let it accrue before the deadline then you go out and pick up a decent player like a marchessault if the predators suck again this year. Bertuzzi adds depth to the left side and grit and look what he did against Boston in the playoffs if they can get Chicago to retain some as well it’s an even better deal

the leafs currently have 7 right wingers so i don't think acquiring roslovic to play right wing makes any sense so the right side should look like maccelli , nylander , domi and pezzetta so what happens to cowen minors?, robertson pressbox? and jarnkrok trade? i hope tre knows what he's doing or a lot of players will be playing out of position and that's not ideal

Funny nobody is talking about the extention Stolarz is due to get which will be 5-6 million per. No way they will carry two goalies making a combined salary upwards of 10 million. One of them will be traded by the deadline. Personally…I'd deal Woll when you are confident one of the Marlies tandem can backup Stolarz decently. Won't be soon but you never know.
