    Unless they are like Adrian Kempe or Luc Robitaille it doesn’t matter. We need people to put the puck in the net, we have enough defensive forward and we’ve had enough defensive forwards for years. The franchise is two years younger than me so I’ve been a fan since day one. We need scoring and lots of it. Hopefully we have some kids down below that can become those scores but I’m not keeping my hopes up. Hopefully I don’t have to wait another 40 years or 30 years since 10 already gone, for another cup. What I see right now will be, I can’t remember if it’s three or four maybe it’s five straight years of losing to Edmonton in the first round. They can’t score it’s that simple.

    I love hearing about the kids in the system — even if the volume of talent isn’t where it should be because of how poorly Blake has managed the assets since 2021 — but it kind of sucks the "Mayor" is the one giving the info. He’s a barely-semi-knowledgeable blowhard who spends most his time condescending the fans and pumping up crappy bands. I guess it's (slightly) better than nothing, though.

    Props to the Kings forwards for buying into the defense-first mindset
    I remember the Kings games where the score resembled a football score & Kelly Hrudey was facing 40+ shots a night

    Greentree needs to bring some scoring to the Kings. He might be the guy to do it. We havent had a goal scorer since Luc. Kempe is trying though and QB you never know but hes getting better. We are on the cusp and glad we have Kuemper.
