  1. So in exchange for what or who exactly? …..as I recall, the leafs made it to the second round with Kadri, right? No? Re-think

  2. Leafs had a skilled winger that made plays, lol, how far did they go? Leafs need a player like Kadri who’s not afraid to go into the corners/ front of the net. Not sure why you’re so scared of his age, he had his best year last year. Where’s the article that states the Calgary Flames organization won’t trade with Torontos GM, stop spreading lies, pure speculation. It’s quite obvious why the flames and Toronto did not trade last year. They never had the best offer, Dallas did.

  3. I find it HILARIOUS that this Fanbase drove Kadri out of town, now all of a sudden they all want him back. This is the most toxic in sports

  4. I really don't understand the hype for Kadri…. He wasn't good in Toronto before. He won a cup with an amazing team. I don't really get why people are excited. He's older now on top of that. I hope he goes to Montreal. We don't need Kadri.

  5. It'd confirmed…he will be going to Montreal because the leafs lack the balls but more importantly the assets to aquire him.
The team you see now is the team that won't make the playoffs.

  6. Wait…Toronto needs a 2nd line C??? Then why not use the assets we had at the deadline to aquire one instead of wasting what we did have…I'm sorry..Maintenance and 2 1sts would of aquired their 2 C

  7. Wait a minute…. didn't the Toronto fans and the team just run Kadri out of town just 4 or 5 years ago !!!! If he's smart he'll never go back to TO !!!!
Stay in Calgary or go to Las Vegas and play with Mitch and become a Knight again and win a cup !!!! 🏆🏆🏆

  8. Why would they ( Calgary ) help the leafs when Brad left the team, this trade or whatever it is ain’t happening

  9. Calgary would trade him to Montreal just to spite Toronto. There won't be a trade with them for a loooooong time. Get over this rumor.

  10. Why? Kadri is older than Tavares, focus on younger players. His contract is also 7 Million Dollars , they don't have the cap space there are other options. Leafs traded him for a reason.

  11. You guys need to get past that Flames wouldnt trade with Treliving. False. Its about the return. leafs dont have much & the little you have you fans say no way but still need a guy like Kadri to get you over the hump. He was our top scorer last year, he still under contract & likes Calgary. If we ask him to go to Toronto, for sure he would waive, but Leafs need to make an offer for Conroy to have that conversation with Kadri. Spare parts & B prospects wont cut it. Has nothing to do with Treliving.

  12. Kyper is an idiot.
Hes taken too many punches to the head.
Getting Kadri is going backwards not forwards. Hes old and makes too much money.

  13. Smoke on the water ……??? Not happening Nazim kadri on his way to Montreal are stays in Calgary… leafs working on obtaining defenseman Doug Hamilton along with Center/ Winger Dawson Mercer and right-handed defenseman Simon Nemec to Toronto. Per New jersey deli 😋 insider.

  14. Kadri should only waive his no-trade clause to Toronto if he is promised a role on the first or second lines. He’s already won a Stanley Cup so there’s no urgency to move back to Toronto.

  15. I don't like it. He's 34, he's small (185), he's a psycho at times (maybe he's matured… maybe). At best, he's a short-term fix and I'd say he's too much of a gamble. Look for a younger, bigger player, that can grow with the team for 10 years.

  16. The league will suspend him at any given chance because he'd be a Leaf. Only way he wouldn't get suspended is if he has a Panthers jersey on.

  17. Toronto had kardi we don't need him it seems leafs can't do better keep getting old keser that's why Toronto hasn't won cup since 67😮

  18. He is the classic Leafs player returning to Toronto. He is right up there with Eric Lindros, Jason Allison, Ron Francis, John Niewyndyck …. too old, too slow, too expensive … their best years are well behing them. The Leafs had him under contract and they traded him because they had Mitch Marner. How did that turn out?

  19. Leafs management gave up on Kadri and preferred Mitchy Boitano (credits to BS) and the fans cheered his departure. Kadri has a Cup and expectations will be high if he returns to Toronto. Not bloody likely.

  20. Kadri was giving 110% in the playoffs against Boston when the rest of the team …. well, didn't. Personally I would love to see Kadri come back. Feisty guy
