WORST… LOSS… OF THE YEAR…
Your starter couldn't get thru 5 innings with a 6-0 lead… All your bullpen new additions absolutely blew it… You blew MULTIPLE 3,4run leads. Volpe had 4 hits and you still lost.. and you lost on a KNUBBER in front of the plate! (which happened previously the prior pitch but it went foul) I'm a Met fan and I can't remember the last time I got chills watching highlights of a game/ theater like that… Poor Yankees 😂😂😂

Cannot blame Dominguez #24, but he almost made a great play as the grand slam ball hit his glove before going over the wall. Each Yankee trade deadline player addition was awful.
Ironically, Miami’s starting pitcher, who is literally named Junk, was better than every single pitcher the Yankees acquired at the deadline 😂
