1. If McTavish and Rossi are too expensive what about Zacha? Norris? Roslovic? Or even Larkin??

  2. How many teams have actually been able to make the changes they have wanted this year? 4-5?
This show is constantly “ the sky is falling”. Who is the trading partner out there?
Maybe converse about ideas, instead of incessant ranting about nothing.

  3. Again Mason McTavish costs you Filp Hronek… that is the ask IMO and that’s why it hasn’t been done

  4. Go to Training camp & see what u got. Give the AHL kids a good look as a reward. C'mon man! 😮😂😅😊

  5. It’s funny to hear you guys talk about Rossi and McTavish like they’re trades the Canucks can make if only they pony-up D Petey and another asset?! More than likley both of those teams don’t have any serious intentions of trading these players unless they get a deal they can’t refuse and for most teams it’s not a realistic acquisition cost!

  6. all the GMs are on holiday right now lol. maybe this is the roster they go in with, but being surprised that they aren’t making major trades in the back half of july (with all of august still to come before training camp and preseason are even a thought) feels like an attempt to ignore logic to create “drama”.

  7. The Canucks look like a strong team in most aspects. Goaltending they have what should be a top tandem assuming they stay healthy. Defence should be top 5 in the league and depth is great. Forwards are good on wing and depth wise. At centre we have 3 big ?, I believe Petterson will rebound but is that 90 points or 60 points, Chytil might be able to be a 2nd line guy but his concussion history is a big concern, Ratty should be in the NHL but what will that look like over a full season. It honestly could turn out well but I would be much more confident with an added 2nd line center and would be very confident if it was Mason McTavish.

  8. If they're done then they need to change the narrative of the Dak trade. Because outside of cap reasons, there was no valid reason to do it, and otherwise it looks in poor taste to do it. That he was traded to Toronto makes it look like a Canadian hockey media friendly deal, if nothing else. Which is a pathetic reason for a trade.
