RF is a 309 porch, yes it’s 24 feet high( some high school baseball fields are farther) , don’t really hear any complaints about the Green Monster ( and that wall is 37 feet high) and it’s 310 feet from home
Stupid. MLB needs bigger outfields. Get these guys swinging earlier and concentrating on putting the ball in play. Give the fielders room. More diving catches and near misses. More over the shoulder catches… Strategy. If it’s a close game and Soto is due up, do you hide him in RF if he now has more room to cover

If it can be proven that moving the fences in will make money for them, then it will be done. It has been 25 years, it would have been done if it would have made money.
Everyone forgets, that while not as cold as Candlestick Park, Oracle Park is still cold at night–which is what keeps the home runs down.
The ball carries best to straight CF(Barry Bonds has said this, and learned to hit more towards CF). Not all hitters are able to make that adjustment
The wind patterns prevent home runs also.
