I think Kadri being gritty is one of the biggest media driven facades in the modern NHL. He was years ago, but he has barely hit or fought for the flames since joining the team. Skilled? Absolutely. Gritty? Very, very rarely. He spends more time complaining to the officials about things than doing anything about them himself.

He'll end up with 8×8.25 as it's the last year 8 year contracts and they'll give him cap adjustment Swaymen money. That'll bring him to UFA at 32 yo which is good age for goalies

No friggin way! Needs to be an 8 year deal. He has achieved top goalie honors in every league he's played in & was one off of Rookie of the year. This kid is the real deal, sign him to an 8 year $60 mill & that will be a bargain contract in no time!!! Give your head a shake if you want to go shorter.
If you're not convinced by Dustin Wolf's play by now you never will be , he's been called too small in every league he's played in and been and mvp or all star goalie in every league he's played in. 8 yr deal all day long, he's not some flash in the pan, he's proven his worth year after year despite doubters like yourself.
