Savior the Anticipation….. Things to consider: Noah Philp is NOT Waivers Exempt. According to CapWages Savoie, Howard, AND Tomasek ARE Waivers Exempt. There are others as well that aren't exempt that are additions. You have to think that those that are exempt will really have to EARN a spot.
