This video is an example that there is still something in the world that can surprise and make you laugh💝
The leafs of the west 😂😂
The best part of you guys previewing any other team than Toronto is that you make people think being a gm in the videogames makes you an actual gm 😉 (love the pod, keep up the great work)
Older and slower. The LA Kings story.
Marc Bergevin loves his guys. Joel Armia and Corey Perry were linemates on the 2021 Montreal Canadiens team that made the cup final run. Joel Edmundson and Phil Danault also on that team and on the kings this year. So at least for those 2 new guys, theres some familiarity that might help make that transition a little easier. Defensively this team is gonna be an even bigger nightmare than they already were. It'll come down to can they score and are their old guys too old yet.
LA Kings the first team in NHL history to ice a team with an average age of 150.
I don't think Perry is worried about a few hundred thousand for games played bonus considering his career earnings are OVER 100 million
If History has any say… Kings will lose in the SCF; unless they trade Perry.
1:02 all sitting the same way with hand on the chin. These boys spend too much time together.
The Kings lost two of their best defencemen and replaced them with Ceci and Dumoulin. They got worse. I don't think there are many Kings fans who would disagree with that.
Bit of a hot take but I have them dropping out of the playoffs. I think Vancouver will bounce back and take that third spot. (Petterson revenge tour, healthy Demko, Boeser resigned, etc.)
