  1. What a night that was. In 10 years as a STH the only times I remember seeing the arena that full (even on "sell out" nights where the tickets were sold but seats were empty) were playoff games and Jagr's jersey retirement. And it was a *preseason game*. Wild. Really happy to have been there though. It was a great feeling seeing those four together one more time.

  2. Idk if you guys still do fan take Friday but I have two questions for you guys.

    1. In your opinion what do you think this team would look like if they didn’t trade Brayden Yager??

    2. I’m still salty that Pono went back to Russia lol. But what’s your final opinion on that and do you think he’ll come back to Pittsburgh??

  3. Fleury appearing from that team bag & startling the guy opening it still has me laughing (whenever i think about it)ha ha

  4. Growing up fleury was my favourite goalie I’m a big fleury fan when I played goalie growing up I always rocked the yellow pads and gloves like he had

  5. Even Flower was waiting for the empty netter chance wiping up his goalie stick, I was close with the call. Ah well, got the vintage kiss the post tho.

  6. Just an amazing tribute on Saturday Night. I was just in awe, especially seeing those yellow pads again brought me back to 2007 all over again. The Penguins absolutely did this right by Fleury.

What gave me goosebumps guys was late in the third period at one point, Tristan Broz, Ville Koivunen, Ben Kindel, Harrison Brunicke, and Owen Pickering all on the ice together. Which gave me chills, because these five players are absolutely going to be part of this team's next wave of players and it was really cool to see them all on the ice together late in the game.

  7. It was an honor watching and following fleury career. Glad you mentioned tristan broz pat. Thought he looked good in a bottom six role Saturday. Wont be surprised if he makes the team out of camp. He's not a superstar but looks like a type you can move up and down the lineup and doesn't look out of place. Kindel looks great in camp. Excited to watch him develop and see what he brings to this team in the future.
