Oh! Jason, your intro sounded very ominous. I sure hope everything is OK with you, your health, and your professional relationships. BTW Hathaway is the perfect Flyer, especially in that 4RW role. If we started our year with a 3rd line type playing slotted as a 4th line in Grebenkin, Jett and Hathaway I'd be stoked. Have two 3rd lines is much better IMO than running out a traditional 5 minute a night 4th line.

The more I hear Garnet Hathaway talk, the more I think he's probably the most intelligent and thoughtful interview in all of pro sports. The guy is just so authentic and emotionally intelligent. He has a huge future ahead of him after his hockey career is over.

At 34 years old, I always think… why are they keeping him on the team when they can make a spot for a younger prospect? But then, when I watch him play, I realize that he is so solid for the role he plays, similar to Nick Seeler. I think he would make a great coach someday. Hopefully, here in Philly.
Hathaway has a future in tv book it right now.
What an easy going, laid back, honest and jovial interview. Torts' 'standard' definitely left an impression on some of these players and you know that they appreciate that from him now. Garney knows. Awesome interview Jason! Go Flyers!!👍

Flyers are a joke of a team compared to the other teams in Philly or other teams in the NHL. What a shame to play and live here. You can see the what a waste of your life it is on the players face, just taking the money and running it's only 82 games fellas no big deal
Was skilled coming up as most NHLers are…knew he had to be a team player and filled a role. If he’s not a head coach one day, he’ll be an excellent analyst. One of the few professional athletes worth listening to.
