They were simply outworked. We saw this in the preseason and it's continued into the regular season. Apparently they don't need to work or skate or throw hits they think they're gonna win without doing any of those. It's a very interesting way to play.
Compared to last years. The signs are worrying. 34 88 not good enough
Stolarz called his team out …basically saying they were too soft…he was right but he was not good. His lateral movement was too slow on those cross creases. Red wings strategy one timers cross creases…that's how you beat a goalie thats 6'6. Knies made a very good move in 1st period.. very cool when he drove net. After we're was he? Coach telling them defense . Garbage man people don't want to see a defensive game… OEL had 5 hits at least…everyone else ???? Rielly had a couple. Matthews none. Wide shots . Sick of it man. Trade him.
