Oilers have a fatally flawed Defensive Team Culture that is increasingly destroying their Offensive squads will to live . . . only firing all defence (coache and players) will change this . . . musical chairs with Stuart and Coffey doesn't change anything and their defensive players are paycheck collectors who have to be told when to wipe their backsides and that soap cleans hands after their bathroom visits . . . they are so dim, black holes try to buy players like Nurse to use a s lamp at night
