  1. Yes it makes sense any team/any sport to reward best performing players and demote least performing. That's pretty obvious.

  2. There needed to be a shake-up in the Forward lines, and Kessel starting. Having said that, I am rooting for Mailloux. For now, maybe some flop-flopping between he and Kessel is what is needed. I would have said Tucker too, but he did at least score the other night.

  3. I like the lines but Thomas hasn’t been exactly worth his stock either. Kyrou always gets going late. Don’t really think pulling him away from Holloway is good.

  4. Until the Blues stop taking whole periods off, the Blues will always be mediocre!!
They played the Blackhawks flat footed and LAZY!!
    BLUES ARE LAZY AND UNINTERESTED?!!

  5. Thomas needs to be playing with Snuggerud. Thomas could be a 100 point player and Snuggy could eclipse 40 goals if they built serious chemistry 2:40

  6. lot of new players, its going to take time to jell as for logan he will be ok as he needs time as well..

  7. Anyone who has followed Mailloux would know, he has always started out on every level and was shit for the first games. He did it in London and Laval! Ask any one of his coaches if this is truth! Its not how it starts, its how it finishes. The team is not playing as a unit, too many pedestrians. He will be better!!

  8. I'm getting sick of the same conversation about Kyrou every season. All the talent in the world but he apparently can't consistently put the effort in. This is essentially his 6th full season in the NHL. If he hasn't figured out what it takes in this league by now, when will he? It doesn't matter how many highlight reel plays he makes in a season when he completely disappears for a significant number of games each season. Worse, he had done nothing to deserve his contract at the time it was given, whereas Thomas was already showing the telltale signs of a complete player.

  9. Great, Joseph and Texier. Already showing weakness when each are on different lines. Two weakened lines.

  10. If we're going to sit someone, why not Faulk. Mailoux should play and get experience. He's not much more of a handicap than 72 at this point and his ceiling is way higher.

  11. i said this wanna Bannister took over when he demoted Jakey to the 3rd line (that the disrespect was real for Jake) after lighting it up with Tommer last year and ive stood behind that and will forever! Jake like Terry in the movie the other guys that hes a peacock and u gotta let him fly.

  12. Just stop with the Hofer give away already. Happens to them all. Blues came right back and tied it. Twice after the horrible second goal. Hofer was toast metally after the first but the Blues quit . That is what is so concerning. Monty should have him in against Dallas. We have to know if he has bounce back in him. If not..then the Blues need to re-evaluate their crease. Kyrou better get it going as well.

  13. Love seeing Holloway go up to the first line. Personally I’d love to see snuggerud up there with Thomas and Holloway but understand Snuggy needs some time and neighbours deserves it.

  14. The only reason that hawks blues games looked so lopsided is Hofer was terrible. Shoes were 29-26. Not saying we would’ve won it but it should have been MUCH closer.
