Boston is the place to invest in your legacy. It worked for Brady, Ortiz, Pierce, and it could’ve worked for Marchand here. We would be handcuffing our ability to invest in other assets paying him at his asking price. Not to mention, 6 million a year playing hockey is a good deal.
