    This team has the possibility to be better than anyone gave them credit for before the season starts. Malkin line is looking great, Sid's line needs to get going, and we have some decent young talent mixed in, specially on the 3rd line.

    As always though, our problem is goaltending. Will be interesting to see what happens when Blomquivst returns. Silovs looks like he could be strong, but has a lot of room for improvement. I wouldnt say hes much better than Jarry, but surely dont want to rush the progression of Murashev.

    That was a solid win for the Pens. Not a pretty win, but a gutsy win because they clawed their way back from down 2-0.

    Haven’t had as much time to give my long commentaries with my wife and I having our 2nd kid a few weeks ago but I’ve still kept up with your shows. And man I’m mad that the Steelers made me mad and I didn’t have any patience for the Pens going down 2-0 and I missed the good comeback. About Hallander he might end up being the one redeeming piece to the disastrous Jared McCann trade haha

    Hallander needs to be a every game starter. His game has been great for the pens bottom 6. That 1st penalty on crosby last night was a joke. He body checked the player to the ground and got called for a trip. The 2nd one was definitely a penalty. This team is not good but every game other then the 2nd rangers game has been entertaining. Shoutout to wbs penguins for their 3-0 start to the season. Broz has been great.

    I would love to see at least a short stint of Kindel with Crosby. I know he is a good center and will eventually be the full time center for one of the lines…but I just feel like he might click playing on the wing with the captain.

    That third line with Novak and Tomasino looks horrible. Losing puck battles, not shootig, zero poise. Either they change their game, or both get waived.

    Coaches love the Hallendar types! You're correct guys, he's not flashy but is one of those players that every team needs.

    As for Crosby, he is notorious for starting slow. If he'd only pick it up a bit he would have had a couple more 100 point years to add to his resume! For some reason its like after the all-star break he starts to get going, and with usually 20-25 games left Sid absolutely puts the Pens on his back and makes a charge for the playoffs. Why Sid, why 😢😢😢 lol
