Avs pp was awful, what did the they have about 7 chances ? they were just awful

Wedgie needed a break. Well rested goalie changes the outcome of this one. The boys played great hockey after going down 1-4, climbing back to get a point against the Canes- who may be the best team in the league- and mostly dominating them for 45 minutes has me optimistic. Extra point would have been nice, but I'm actually generally pretty happy with what I saw. Need to work on that PP, but Freddy also made a TON of great saves on what I thought were almost sure goals.
Heritage classic: back in my day we didn’t have a shootout. If you didn’t get it done in OT you didn’t deserve the win. . . . though a winning team is appreciated
