  1. I love the dodgers. But the blue jays were the better team technically. But with luck and skill, the dodgers clawed their way to victory. But constantly the blue jays looked INCREDIBLE!

  2. Have been a baseball fan since 2008. I stopped watching due to work. Got back to watching baseball 3 years ago. I used to be a Cardinals and Yankees fan. When Jeter, and Rivera retired it wasn’t the same anymore. With the Cardinals, when Molina retired it wasn’t the same anymore. I have been following the Dodgers for two years already. So far, this World Series was phenomenal. I liked the Jays when Doc Halladay used to play with them. But this team, they were awesome. Tough loss for them. But without them, this wouldn’t have been a classic.

To the people who say that the Blue Jays choked must not know much about baseball. One game reached 18 innings. Game 7 reached 11 innings. Games were close. The Blue Jays fought hard and even if they won, I would have been happy too. You know what World Series team could be called a choked team? It was last year’s Yankees team. Lol.

  3. But the Blue Jays deliberately walked Shohei Ohtani 7 times, so we didn’t get to see if he could’ve made the difference in earlier games which I find it incredibly frustrating because what he did in the playoffs was so thrilling yet we were denied seeing that again. Yet pitchers can pitch until they’re taken out by the coach but hitters are denied their chance by the other team. It’s a dumb rule!

  4. Will Smith the unsung hero 🦸 for the lead! 18 innings and he sitting that long but still homer for a 5-4 lead! It’s is insane! Thats why coach kept him till now! Forever Dodgers Willie! Also if Pages not able to catch the fly ball! Season done! Rojas clutch tied it to have a chance! Should give all MVP’s 🏆 TO all
    Dodgers players!!

  5. In the World Series final game, the bases were fully loaded right? So why didn’t the person at 3rd base just go home, and why did getting Kirk and the other guy at 2nd plate end the game?

  6. Ima need this game on dvd just loved the blue jays reaction thinking they were going to win and their hearts got torn right out there chest

  7. Lifelong Dodgers fan. I grew up in LA even tho I didn’t finish high school there, went back as an adult. I love our Dodgers, but honestly a lot of Angelenos were won over, our hearts were won over by the passion of Toronto people. If The Dodgers lost I would have had no problem with it. They were a more than worthy opponent. Equals. Ali v Frazier style.

It’s just Drake we don’t like. You Toronto people are all right tho. Much love and respect.

  8. As a lifelong Jays fan who vividly remembers 92 and 93, this was sickening. The baseball gods and our bats just couldn't make it happen. Amazing series though and I think this helped baseball in Canada more than winning might have. Fans are upset and hungry for another chance.

  9. So Gimenez tries to intentionally get hit by Wrobleski's pitch and doesn't then the next pitch gets accidentally hit and wants to fight?? Weird.

  10. This series was everything great and horrible about MLB in 2025. The team with the highest payroll won back-to-back World Series. Gee, what a surprise. The "classic" 18-inning game was a case of neither team being able to manufacture a run, so the game drags on until someone hits a homer. In the Dodgers winning game 7, none of their 5 runs was scored from a batter getting a hit to drive in a runner on base. Two sac flies and three solo homers. Like it or not, that's todays game.

  11. No, it's the Ohtani era. Yes, yamamoto went legend in the WS, but Ohtani has carried the Dodgers offense for two years at historic levels and is back pitching. Don't become prisoner of the moment, no matter how spectacular the moment may be. Without Ohtani, this team likely doesn't even make the playoffs.
