Never watched a full game of hockey before this year but after the Phillies lost in playoffs said I’d give it a try have no idea what’s going on but Zegras is a dawg and these guys always fight from behind

Brink really has me impressed. He seems like a quite kid, but in the ice he's cut throat to get to pucks, break through checks, cutting sharply on his edges in tight on the harsh marks for shoots. Skating looks much better.
Yeah i never saw a failed substitution or whatever the fuck they called it. Don't understand why it isn't considered too many men, but i guess The Flyers committed a penalty first.
I also didn't know a scrum accuring at the end of overtime could cause guys to not be used in a shootout.

I think I speak for a lot of fans watching the remaining overtime and shootout on ESPN was unwatchable. Watching 1/3 of a screen for all of the crap that went down at the end was ridiculous. Announcers were terrible too just gushing over everything the penguins did.
The refs again were absolutely terrible. Missed a bunch of calls and only seem to call the flyer players and flyer calls.
Good on Zegras for stepping in and I’m glad we stood our ground against a bonafide AHL+ team with the Penguins atm.

But when a blue line is THIS SOFT they get ran over all night as soon as they play a tough team. Seeler is the only Defensemen on the blue line that can throw a hit. The rest of this blue line is soft as baby 💩 and it shows literally every game.
