I wasn't aware that travelling is now allowed in the NBA. In that first 13 seconds, Smart clearly took three steps before laying up the ball for two points. Then, at the 1 minute and 11 second mark, Wembanyama didn't even bounce the basketball and took four steps on his way for a missed layup. 😠
