The reason this team continues to wipe out rosters/coaches and fail is because they're trying to build on a weak foundation. Until they have a real leader as captain they will continue to be mediocre

Why Gibson? He is terrible. At least with Talbot you have a chance to win.
So we got snookered again with the Gibson trade. Obviously his best days are behind him which is unfortunate because we could have used a better than average Gibson. At this point he's average or worse.
Start the checking line at the beginning of the game. They'll get the energy going, then come in with the Larkin line.

I really think the Kane injury is a head injury. Everyone is calling it a wrist or shoulder but there was head contact and whiplash and the way he answer here sounds like a concussion answer. "Feedback from a lot of important people". You don't do that stuff for a wrist or shoulder.
Larkin is a legit captain and 1C for the wings! He's the embodiment of leadership and work ethic and will eventually lead this team to a cup final as their captain.

At 1:40 McLellan shows how much of a player's coach he really is. He is an amazing communicator.
i don't think the wings look that much better from last year, I think there's a lot of teams that are regressing
