The Oilers have first World Problems. All this overanalysis is ridiculous. But the biggest problem of all is hiring a bargain bin coach that knows McDavid from Junior. Never has a no name coach one a Cup. He has no presence and he has no respect from players. They have no system at all. They've succeeded because they have arguably the two best offensive players on the planet. Theyve failed cuz they have no coach.
