Puck has to conclusively, beyond all doubt 100% cross the line for that 2nd Goal to count… From the replays shown in that video, you cannot say with 100% certainty that the puck completely crossed the line. And you have to prove it beyond all reasonable doubt in order to overrule the call on the ice. That 2nd Goal should never have counted.

That first one of this video Max Domi was offside, both feet went across the line then he pulled the puck back across the blue line then he brought the puck into the zone. I'm surprised they didn't challenge that unless they had already used their challenge…
