Not clear what the Leafs could get for Nic Robertson but his name has been thrown around in trade talks even before he made the roster. Hasn't been an easy situation for him.

Sometimes it feels like the refs are trying to manipulate the outcomes. There was some questionable calls right of the bat in the wings game the other night agaisnt the islanders. I wouldn’t put it pass Gary corporate welfare worm 🪱 Bettman trying to manipulate some of the games through the refs.
NHL referees really suck over many years.
Betman only supports superstars because those guys sell the game.

I think Robertson needs a fresh look.
Most likely can be a regular NHL player just no on TOR, probably at best a bottom 6 though so not much trade value for TOR.
At best you get a Future Considerations for him seeing as he has 1 point this year .
Reichel has 4 points this season and can play center , Robertson has 1 point and been a liability.
The value of Robertson should be nowhere near a 4th.
Calgary Flames have a golden opportunity to finally bottom out and tank. Time to sell off assets for.futures and hope to win the draft lottery to draft Gavin McKenna.

Could see Tampa being interested in Anderson from the Flames. Preds would have to retain 50% of Stamko's salary to get a team to bite for a trade. Time for the Leafs to move on from Robertson. Have to know that the market for possibly available centres is pretty bad when Zacha is getting interesr, but the asking price is steep.

Why is anyone surprised,the only consistent offence the Oilers have is when they are on the powerplay…..for years the refs have bolstered the Oilers offence with bad calls against the opposition…NHL sanctioned,what a joke!
Those refs need to be investigated. If there was ever a time for gambling and funny biz investigation, this is it. Gambling has infested sports integrity more than ever and we see it for real with the NBA.

Those refs stunk so badly , they must of made some bets on the oilers !! Also it’s kind of funny that those two refs have never officiated a playoff series or even game !! They should both be fired
I agree with your take on Weegar going to Ottawa.He is an older player who would make a good mentor for some of the younger ones.

Refs have been terrible all over the league. Look at the call against Batherson against the Oilers and in the same game the call against Stutzle in O.T. F ing terrible call against a team that came back down 2-0 against McJesus & Draisaitl.
NHL has become a no hit league.
