  1. Nice comeback win for the Wings, happy to see Raymond scoring.

That embellishment call on Kane was one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen, just horrible.

    LGRW!!!!!

  2. Islanders didn't even show up to play when the puck drop awful effort after that great road trip and played bad against the Blues who was on a losing streak you cant show up at the end of the game to play and they couldn't score on a 6 on 4 to tie the game

  3. as a CBJ fan, i cannot properly express my frustration with blowing yet another 3rd period lead and going to OT.

  4. As a Blue Jackets fan, it feels like a damn miracle that they even have the record they do. Even their wins lately feel bad. It's either bad coaching or mental fragility.

  5. Yeah, I agree. There was a lot of puck luck on DET's side. (As opposed to pot luck – where you get baked, and then get laid… 🤣…Which is better?… 🤔…IDK.)…For what it's worth, I feel bad for Greaves that seeing-eye puck went in as it did. He did his job. He was as tight on that post as possible before he would impale himself…But Talbot played well too, and DET needed that kind of a win to get their mojo back…Binnington was playing with a fishing net. Ridiculous…I don't give two frozen dookies what their record is right now. St. Louis is still a dangerous team. For anybody…

  6. Yeah, I was thinking the general rule is that you’re always responsible for your own stick, though on at least one camera angle, it looked like the Islander player skated into the stick while Faulk was flailing, hurt. That’s either a lack of spacial awareness by the Islander, or he was just trying to get a late call. Regardless, I’m glad the Blues managed not to lose.

  7. As a CBJ fan, 25 years and we had 3 good coaches. Hitch, Todd richards because he kept the culture that Hitch built. And torts other than that no matter the GM are bad. Everson one of the worst, a good coach uses the talents his players. Everson tries to make fit his mold, chinakov not being used and now k johnson.

  8. The Blue Jackets played a better game than normal, but lost in the same manner for the seventh time in as many as 11 games. His answers are getting more petulant in the post game interviews, and nothing is changing on the ice. This team plays scared

  9. As a CBJ fan we gotta change something. Monahan has been invisible all season long, 3rd period we have a lead and just coast through it instead of playing a full 60 minutes. Dean is saying the same old thing about not being worried with not being able to close games. And while I think Jet is the better goalie than Elvis, Jet is mediocre at best. What I've been seeing so far tells me we aren't ready to be a playoff team. Our only good players are our top line and Werenski, literally that's it.

On a plus side, Red Wings being my #2 team I'm glad that they've had a strong start so far, really believe this is the year they make the playoffs, it's been too long.

  10. Even though it's the right call, it seems wrong to expect a guy to control his stick when he's falling after his legs were taken out. I've watched hockey for decades and don't remember seeing it before. I hope the Isles' player is ok.

  11. 10:17 We Blues fans had a history of great broadcasters from the late great Dan Kelly (the best of all time) to Ken Wilson (pretty good) to John Kelly (almost as good as his dad). The Blues and FanDuel did not renew Kelly’s contract, so we are stuck with Chris Kerber and Joey Vitale, who are two non-professional homer clowns.

Our broadcasts with John Kelly and Darren Pang were top notch. Now our broadcasts are amateur crap.

I think Kerber would be better without Vitale. Joey just goes off on non-hockey tangents and sucks Kerber into that muck.

  12. My theory on the "please" from the ref is that it was an acknowledgment he'd made an awful call. Not even a hint of embellishment from Kane, but that's the way it goes sometimes!
