Here is the problem with the oil and it has always been like this. Their goaltending is sporadic up and down. Sometimes for very shorts spurts their goaltending is exceptional or very good which leads people to back off the real problem of sporadic goaltending. Other than leon and connor they just dont have the forward depth. There was a period when we did with RNH and Hyman were clicking on all cylinders and that took us to consecutive stanley cup finals appearances where BOB was the better goaltender. If our goaltending was equal to floridas we would have won consecutive cups not Florida. Get rid of Trent Fred and trade RNH for a first or high draft picks.
Too bad. Boys played well but Minnesota's goalie just kept them out of it. On to the next.
Oilers playing one of the best teams in this season , Oilers played very well , the only goal was a blast in off the faceoff. Only one goal is improvement in consistency .
