#nhl #nhlnews #nhlrumors #nhlrumours #nhltraderumours #nhltrades #nhlupdates #hockey #hockeytalk #hockeynews

The only thing is I've heard some say Detroits prospects are mid.
That MD potential trade is garbage. Will never happen. Borderline idiot. Sincerely, a Wings fan.
I'm wondering why we're only hearing of potential trade destinations that reference 4 or 5 teams. Surely to god, every team in the league must be interested in a 26 year old Norris Trophi winning defenseman. Let's hope Allvin isn't consulting with Benning on the dynamics of a trade. instead of the Canucks holding out for what Craig Button referred to as a massive haul {I'm paraphrasing} Benning would insist they not only move Quinn, but for a couple of well past their prime players at an inflated price in hope that they just barely squeeze into a playoff spot. Almost forgot, he would tell Allvin to throw in 26 and 27th first round draft picks as well. I'm sure Allvin and Rutherford aren't limiting themselves to just a handful of teams, I'd be hoping a bottom feeder team will make an offer they can't refuse.
That trade proposal was crazy 🤣. I doubt Detroit would even trade Simon Edvisson… Maybe something like ASP, Kasper, Berggeren, a 1st and a 2nd.. maybe..
If what you showed was the offer, I would go for it if I was the Canucks. Someone suggested Lucas Raymond or Moritz Seider in a package.
Frankly, as a Wings fan, I'm over getting Hughes. The ask is too steep.
My ask starts with Seider and Kasper, that’s right, starts with. Why? Quinn Hughes. That’s why.
Seems pretty reasonable to me. Think, even if Detroit can't sign him, trading him as a rental will return a lot of that package, the rest you pay for the time with a stud number 1. It's a win now move, and then hope it works out long term if you can get him to sign.
I dont think Vancouver will get much in return. They have almost 0 leverage. Hughes is a rental. Edvinsson, Kasper, and conditional picks.
Kasper, Berggren, Edvinsson, Gustafsson, and a 4th.
3:43 yup, they wont give up finnie with how he has been playing. They just made him a first liner.
Dream on. Yzerman will never do this. Why? He's had 9 years to do this type of thing and signed 1. Debrincat, only because he fit within his existing salary structure. Hughes will not.
I do not see the Redwings trading Edvinson. I can see the Forwards being traded as the Wings have some depth. Also the track record shows that Stevey Y is not going to trade talent that he has drafted. I can see two or three 1st round picks and a Center.
No way is Hughes worth this. He's gone in two years and not going to be happy until he's in NJ. Give them Berggren, Becher (AHL), and the '28 first round pick.
Ed not being traded ****a
Ed is not being traded
Kasper, 2026 1st 2028 1st and maybe can have a
Jonatan Berggren or J.T. Compher
Has to be looked at as a year rental and trade deadline next season you move him for pieces and recoup his cost! But if he signs over the summer also not mad at what went back for him it’s a win win if the trade is correct for Detroit
