Look, just keep MacDermid in the line-up at this point.
Either the Sens will keep winning a high percentage of games, and it'll be great, OR the winning percentage will come back down to earth, and then we'll know he's not actually making the wins happen.
I dont like being negative after a big win but Ulmark does not inspire any confidence, he looks as mobile and athletic as Matt Murray. Is he in good shape, does not have the body type of a guy that is getting full value out of his gym membership.
Ully made 3 or 4 big saves when it was 4-3, including a point blank glove save. Some days it's more about timely saves ala vintage Andy.

surely very important, but we almost blew it at 4-3. and stützle‘s offensive mistake again for the first columbus goal. his desastrous mistake spell started at san jose. did anyone notice? two goals tonight but far away from being a superstar.

I'm super happy we won because we needed those 2 points just to stay in range but it honestly wasn't a confidence inspiring game. We nearly gave it up in the second. We got some luck. We got some big saves from Ully, but to nearly cave to a team like Columbus is still a serious problem. We're heading into thrre very tough games in Minnesota, Winnipeg and Pittsburgh. Very realistic the sense go 0-3 in those games, or 1-3. We are in an even worse position if that happens. I don't think we can consider this game an improvement other than the 2 points but as far as the teams performance, lots of brutal mistakes like Sanderson on that tap in goal, Zetterlunds turn over etc.
Easier competition helps too. But yeah the bathman is cookin.
Can we see Martian with a 2 inch or so beard?

Brady was a log out there, Green was giving it to him on the bench and was noticeably off the top line on the next shift, not sure why he’s so uninspired these days, but I have not been impressed with his game since his return!
