  1. I notice people want to disregard the Canucks as if they always sucked and never gave this guy a chance which isn't even close to true, they were stacked for a good amount of his time there and did nothing. Hope it works out for the Wild I guess but I don't think it will Quinn needs the system to be built around him to play to his full ability this never will be he isn't even their best player.

Not an upset Canucks fan btw I was extremely high on Buium before the trade and think we hit a homerun on this deal it may even be too good and take us out of the bottom 3 but that's not relevant.

  2. It's disappointing that he turned his back on the fans in Vancouver I mean we couldn't help it we didn't have a Stanley Cup team for

  3. As a Devils fan im happy Quinn got moved to a more competitive organization that should be a playoff team and possibly a contender. I know he can’t sign a deal till July 1st but I’m optimistic that he really wants to play with his brothers that he will hold out till summer of 2027 and hit UFA. For his time playing with the Wild whether it’s 1 and half seasons or for the next decade I hope he can bring a Stanley Cup to Minnesota. The State of Hockey deserve’s one for sure.

  4. Really like the Wild team, think Quinn is going to make a lot of people better and be a great asset there. I'm liking the Vancouver prospect pool that's building. Think both sides got what they needed from this.

  5. Accepted the captaincy in 23-24, went to game 7 in round 2. … then one bad year with a ridiculous string of injuries.. including him, and he wanted to bail on the team he is supposed to be leading.. that he WANTED AND CHOSE TO LEAD. It is not honestly a very good look for the guys character in my view.

  6. We're gonna miss him here in Vancouver. Minnie's got a great one. All the best to him. I'll be cheering for him in the playoffs.

  7. He was obviously out on Vancouver long ago. Too bad, would have liked to have watched him become the greatest Canuck of all time.

  8. If I was a wild fan(and I am) just listening to his words he chose and his energy I'd be beyond stoked more than even before. And it's very early but I think he might re sign with Minnesota where I didn't before…but the pressure is certainly on…this guy wants to win. Guerin needs to add a few more pieces or this team will be more pretender than legit contender

  9. I don't like how he left the moment things got tough but I'm glad we got multiple NHL-ready players in the trade and a 1st round pick to boot. That he could do as much as he did on a not so well-run team that failed to bring in good players and build around him gives me hope that he can truly realize his true potential on a well-run team with a solid core. Our organization is in shambles right now. I really hope he re-signs with you guys even if it's just a two or three year deal. I kind of feel bad that we might've fleeced you guys with how much we got back for just one player, lol. Time will tell though…

  10. Trade was Win Win for both teams so good luck to Quinn and may he find happiness in Minny.

  11. First game with the Wild and I was super impressed. The ability to skate and handle the puck is unmatched, I think he might be better than Kirill in that department.

  12. If this is him looking the "happiest hes been in 4 years," then wtf were yall doing Vancouver? Were you waterboarding him after every game? He doesnt even look all that happy. Looks like his soul has been crushed. Hopefully we can build him back up and have him smiling like kirill soon

  13. Usually you never dont get these franchise defenders via trade, nice job. And price was actually very very cheap. Imagine if AVS traded Makar for those pics? I feel sorry for Kanucks funs. So Okay WIld, now you got Goalies, Kaprizov and Hughes. Pieces what it takes to go to the end. #1 Center is still missing? Which one's in the prospect pool are potential for that place? Central is gonna be so tough for next 10 years. A bit like Metro last 2 decades with Pengs and Caps, Only now there are three reallly good teams. It's gonna be a dog fight for next years to go through from the west. NHL Should go back to 1-8 system.
