The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, is the movie
⅓ through love Boyles subtle ohhhhh he's been bad 😅
I agree with Cory saying NJ couldn't afford to give 1st,Mercer, Nemec, & Silayev – with their cap situation & talent situation but why is almost everyone saying Buium is for sure better than Nemec?
I hate that he got injured because he was on pace to have more goals than Quinns Career highest while starting w/no PP, then PP2 & finally won over PP1 then got hurt & Keefe kept him on RD3 the entore team Luke was playong bad DEF he rather play Luke off hand at RD2…
Idk I also notice ppl forget this is Nemecs 1st full Season he started a season too early due to Dougie being hurt playing a partial rookie yr, got hurt in Olympic qualifier & Keefe oddly dog housed him on his 1st call up game so he only played like 25 games last season. Yeah I think Nemecs upside is heavily slighted.
Love Cory's evaluation of the types of goaltending needed in playoffs vs regular season.
Fitz does deserve some heat because the cap space could have been available if he hadn't handcuffed himself with the trade protection he handed out, and he should have considered this in the summer. He still has cap room to clear just to get Kovy off LTIR. If he had bought out Palat in the summer and not signed Kovy to an already overflowing D group he'd have had the space to get Quinn without clearing cap. They didn't bother trying to top Minnesota's offer because they knew they couldn't clear the cap space. That's not on Hamilton or Palat, it's on Fitz. I'm sorry, but even when this team is healthy, which is never, I still think they get bounced by Carolina because Carolina seems to get better EVERY YEAR and this team just banks on everyone being healthy being enough to get the job done. It never happens and even if it did, it's probably not enough to get past real contenders like Carolina.
Incorrect, the Wild made the Conference finals in 2003. Just for the record.
Good Post Cory. Just tell it like it is and I wiii keep watching.
We’ve been doing the “gotta stay healthy” stuff for years. It’s not happening. This will be every year from now on until we investigate and change out the conditioning staff and get players that are better built for the playoffs.
