   I guess they're trying to showcase Mangiapane on the second line to better trade him.

   Team Canada roster is not great, a lot of bias and lighting players that don't deserve a spot. This is team Canada though, nothing new.

   The upside is only one player missing , gives team focused practices and no distraction lag time for our core, last year the 4 nations split/break for some , while others took time off, then came back absolutely horrible losing 12 straight like rookies who learned hockey an hour before .
   
   So keeping core group is beneficial for Oilers instead of break time or distracting time period away .
