Hopefully a few more games like this will allow management to see the light- you don't need a $13.5 million 69 goal scorer to win( instead you can have 2 x $6 million 30 goal scorers
you don't need an $11.5 million Winger that t only shows up when he feels like it ( instead you can have 2x 6 million Wingers that can get you 25 to 30 goals and play a hard defensive game)
When the superstars are out of the lineup the team seems to play a more cohesive team game because the big dogs are usually only worried about getting their goals and padding their stats. I've been saying this for 10 years now hopefully management will finally realize this😢
