@Wild du Minnesota

Cibles commerciales sauvages (Athletic/Russo/Smith/paywall)

https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6981158/2026/01/19/wild-trade-fits-trocheck-panarin-stamkos/

    Just … Please don’t trade Yurov for short term aging veterans? Please?

    I dont think they should do a damn thing. And I never thought id ever say that!

    Russo mentions they HAVEN’T actually inquired about trocheck yet. They should ask about him and panarin!

  4. Trading away any of the ones minus Wallstedt and Yurov seems fine.

    It would have to be thee perfect package and player, and I’m afraid that doesn’t exist after giving up we did to get the goat. Idk, it would have to be a player that moves the needle significantly. Because after this slump, it’s not like we would be guaranteed to get to the SCFs with this roster. I guess that’s why Beely gets paid the big bucks.

    fuck it. Take a swing.

    I hate the « just dont trade the only 3 prospects that have any real value » posts. The window is open right now. Gus is locked up long term and none of our prospects are going to be a large component for this teams success this year or next (besides cheap controllable contracts). Im not saying sell for sellings sake but if a trade comes available that makes them a legitimate 1B to Colorado, pull the trigger.

    From this list, Trocheck is probably the most realistic. If they use the Nelson trade as a comparable, then the package possibly looks like the 2027 first, Jiricek (or maybe Spacek? Hard to say who’s valued more) with potentially Lambos or Haight and another pick included as sweeteners.

    Hard thing to determine is if the Rangers are even interested in defensive prospects. Until Benak and Stramel develop some more, the Wild’s most interesting prospects are defenseman with limited NHL time because of how stacked our blue line is this year.

    I’m almost positive Strammel would be added in there as well, emptying our cupboards completely.

    If they trade an old fart for Wallstedt and/or Yurov…I honestly don’t know what I will do but I will be pissed off

    It’s Robert Thomas or bust for me

    Wallstedt + Jiricek + Hartman + 1st + 2nd for Robert Thomas
