Why trade him now instead of getting more for him at the deadline?
Dumbest move was rush signing Demko a couple months ago, they had no reason to rush sign him they should have waited to see if he can even play the rest of this season injury free first….and of course lo and behold he can't and gets injured again and now we're stuck with an injury riddled goalie for the next 3 years at 8.5m. Smart move Canucks.
