I’m seeing the same mistakes. Not winning battles, turnovers, and an inability to hit the net and finish when it counts, simple errant passes killing plays , very little cycling , no fire , nothing sustained. Why? Is it leadership from your captain ?
Have you thought about completely changing personnel on the PK? Power play?

Fun fact: There are 2 owners in NHL history who were also players at the same time. In the early 2000's, Mario Lemieux played for the Penguins while he owned the team. And Sidney Crosby owns the Flyers.
I’m tired of Michkov being set up
for failure bc he questioned your boring dump & chase style. He has been forced to play his off wing on a checking line. Every game you allow TK to make bone head decisions, yet have a problem w a 20 year old. It’s kinda pathetic how you have a problem coaching elite players. Maybe call Martin St Louis for some advice on how to handle young elite players. He gets it. He was also a better player & coach. Here’s a recent quote on how he is handling Demidov….

All we hear Develop young players they got to learn – well we need higher end talent to develop not average players. Stop interviewing him! Need a GM and scouts with a better eye for high end talent. Mich was a bad pick.

As a whole the team blew its load for this season. They have nothing left. All the teams have video on the Flyers play and have figured out how to beat the PP and PK along with figuring out how and who to draw penalties on. York and Drysdale are a waste of cap space and roster spots. York doesn't listen to the coaches (ask Torts) and Drysdale is too small, much like the entire team. Michkov either needs to be allowed to play his style or sent to the minors to figure out how to play Toch's style. Yes last night he was good: stood up for a team mate and scored a beauty of a goal. Imagine if he was allowed to play on every shift the way he did when he scored. Coots is done, after 2 major back surgeries he has nothing left, either talk him into retirement or deal him.
PP sucks because we have no sniper. Zegras is not a sniper. We still need a sniper, bottom line. Zegras- playmaker, Michkov- playmaker. Too many playmakers. Tippett could actually snipe, but misses the net too often. Danny, go get a sniper somehow

They're just not good. The "talent" briere thinks we have is severely overrated.
Couts is on the power play and PK. Both are bad. His 5 on 5 play has been bad. We are stuck with him. The only way out is if he has a long term injury. Which is a terrible thing to say, but it’s true.
Rick, f this season, just let the boys go out and play pick up hockey, in other words, play keep away and just have fun. Defense can come later on because they're playing with no skill and not using their heads, and willing to take chances or make plays!!!
Send Yorki and Mitch down and bring up Tomasino and the rookie D who played well at the start of season when they brought him up, brit season becomes a wash. They need new blood invigoration. Yorki can't follow plays and is scared s…less so he does what he she's best, penalties.
Take Zegars out of this line up and there not even close to NHL players after the last 4 games they should take the contracts in and rip up there not NHL players
