Todd McLellan is a literal demon and I hope Kane asks for a trade. This 'random' demotion happened when Kane was within 7 points of the US points record, and within 2 goals of 500. At a time when Kane's 5v5 line was winning 14-1 in 12 games together. At a time when Kane had been a point a game in over 70 games played since McLellan's hiring. What McLellan is doing to Patrick Kane makes what Mike Babcock did to guys look like nothing. The most evil stuff I've ever seen an NHL head coach do. Ever. Nothing else even close.

Хъюз, конечно, объективно добавил Миннесоте хоккейного интеллекта, и обеспечивает мощную поддержку на синей линии. Плюс таскает шайбу, и полноценно дирижует, обеспечивает разводку атаки в разные направления, путает соперника. Оборонительные качества сложнее оценить, габариты не самые мощные у него. Но как говорится, лучшая защита это нападение, а пока вы таскаете шайбу в атаке, и угрожаете воротам соперника, то своим воротам угрозы меньше. Пара с Фейбером недурна, у Фейбера тоже неплохие задатки подрасти в неплохого атакующего защитника. Ну и неразлучная парочка Цуки-Капирзов, куда ж без нее. Болди хорош в этом сезоне, жаль пока травма. Очень хорошо смотрится Миннесота пока в этом составе, но Хъюза удержать наверно не получится. А жаль.
