If nothing else this shows you why you need to rebuild. When there’s no pressure and no care and no stress, they win the game; when there’s anxiety and stress, which is what the NHL is all about especially in the, they become fragile and make bad in-game rush decisions. This is still not a playoff team so I would not be fooled!! And for once the goaltender on the opposing team did not stand on his head, in fact, he looked rather ordinary.

After the disastrous reigns of AV, GG & PL, maybe we should stop trying to make the playoffs and start trying to win a Stanley Cup. Play the young guys and find out what the team has. Every time they make a mistake it is the doghouse or Hartford for a week. They're not going to win the Stanley Cup this year, and I really don't care if they make the playoffs and then get bounced in the first round.
I want to know if Robertson, Laba (where did he come from), Morrow, Perault or Othman are keepers. They could be if given a chance and maybe another rebuild is unnecessary.
Otherwise, Laffy, Othman, Robertson, Panarin, Mika or Soucy will move on and win a Stanley Cup somewhere else.
