Todd moved him next to Mo later in the last game and he looked good there. Just play Hammer and JBD together and never let them take a defensive zone faceoff

Probably our best bet on recent form and no Edvinsson. Anyone in GR looking better than Gus and Holl?

You can see his current confidence level in the moves he’s pulling off. He’s not just bombing pucks out of the zone out of fear. He’s deked his way into being a better puck mover and that’s something we need more of. He has decent enough hands and he’s a great skater, he just needs the confidence to utilize them correctly in the NHL

Johansson and Bernard-Docker have both played well since the Bernard-Docker/Hamandcheese revolving door stopped. Bernard-Docker is quietly among the team leaders in plus/minus for what it’s worth.

He’s passed the eye test for sure the last few games. He’s hard on the puck, keeps possession instead of immediately trying to get rid of the puck, and he’s been jumping in on the rush. Really great to see given how he started the year.
I really hope he can solidify himself as a top 6 d-man for the team, it would go a long way towards creating the stability the team needs.

He’s looked significantly better the last 15 games especially when out there with the Debrincat Kane Copp line

I still think he and Kasper coming through this sophomore slump and becoming good contributors/role players on this side is going to be one of the biggest unlocks for our future. Seider, Ray, Larks and Cat are already elite. Ed will clearly get there and I am very confident ASP will also. We need hits on the next tier of guys.
