Caps realized they had the opportunity to actually win 2 games in a row and tanked the last 2 minutes and OT.

  2. 3 point out of a back-to-back on the road? After how they’ve been doing lately?

I’ll take it and I’ll like it.

Caps need a reboot bad, what’s it going to take

Too many penalties. Wtf Tom Wilson ruining a 4 min PP

a good hockey game just happened. wtf you mean, we played great and lost, unlike the Canucks game

They answered goals quite well in the scheme of things. It was a tight game. Stupid penalties and idiot 3-3 was the downfall. I’m happy actually. I saw some fast play and smart chances. SOG don’t matter as much as pressure and accuracy.

The Caps looked like they were running on empty with that first period. How else do you explain the first SOG came with less than a minute left in the first period? Has to be partly due to late arrival, brutal road schedule.

But then, the second period found their juice and the game was on. A lot of good hockey took place from that point and it was a pleasure to watch (I’m not a fan of either team, but I like a good hockey game). My only question, did Edmonton really need to pull Ingram? Unusual to see with only a one goal lead.

It appeared that the Oilers should have had more goals just because of the intense puck action around the Capitals net. Neither team is a barn-burner right now, but it still was a fun game to watch.

Can’t hold a lead, go to ot with less than a minute left and lose. We had what, 3 leads we couldn’t hang on to?

    This team will 100% miss.
