Damn man. As awful as this team is, I actually, genuinely feel excited to watch them play again, because it feels like there’s a good reason: to watch the young, exciting players grow and evolve to mold the next core of this team.

I was at the game last night, such a dirty uncalled for hit from Rust, hope Boeser is alright with his concussion history and there’s some type of suspension.

Sheesh. I actually feel sorry for Adam Foote.
As much as people pile on him, he really hasn’t had a full lineup for a sustained length of time.
It takes time and consistency to build chemistry and he hasn’t had either. Oh well, it’s his fault for taking the job!

We might actually win a game without Boeser since he wasn’t doing much and Lekk in to replace him, but losing Buium to Mancini is a downgrade… which means we’ll probably still lose which is good for the tank while Lek gets experience. Win-win.

Absolutely sucks for Brock. He finally started looking a bit more into these games. Completely dirty hit. I wish we had an actual tough guy to help handle that kind of bullshit and dissuade cheap shots. Especially now that we’re going young. Need a big Slavic ogre.

A healthy team from day 1 would have made the season go differently imo, But its about time this franchise gets a 1st overall pick. Oilers hogged them in the 2010s, even the leafs had 1…where would those 2 franchises be without those players today?
It’s perfect. We are getting more than our share of the injuries and hopefully for the next two years while we can concentrate on “sucking” and have the kids get some chemistry…
