Isn’t this exactly what annoyed Getzlaf about Zegras and Drysdale? He was sick of getting beat 6-1 and watching them do the cup check secret handshake or whatever. There was a post on r/hockey today about it.
I mean every guy with a letter came up under G and Voracek and Laughton and that leadership group faced a lot of the same criticisms.
Just like Danny B came up under Chuck Fletcher who came up under Bobby Clarke and is facing a lot of the same criticisms
