And how many of the OT games this season would be losses last year? At least half ? I’d like to see them get better at shootouts but I also think they’re going to get better at not going to OT at all.

Is Arty mentally shaken? His shootout woes are reminiscent of the troubles Fleury had in 2013. Thank God then for Vokoun.

Yes, but the struggle with this season is winning enough games in regulation or OT to avoid our abysmal shootout situation from keeping us from making the playoffs. Only then will the lack of playoff shootouts become a positive.

Its a potential problem considering how they missed the playoffs by a point or two a few times in the last several seasons … but I think they are a different animal now and short of a bad injury bug they should finish strong and not the opposite

Did not have that data on my bingo card at the start of the season. A most pleasant surprise

It occurred to me that this team reminds me a lot of the 2017-2018 Vegas team. Supposed to be dogshit bad, makes the finals by accident, and also has a large cap space to actually build for long term as well.

When are these from? Or are they calculated weirdly? Shouldn’t the Pens be at .611 and Avs at .842, etc?
