Juulsen sucks ass, it isnt anymore complicated than that. Take him out and put Andrae in.

Espn stats say he has only played 4 seconds and 2 seconds of PK time the last 2 games. So are the espn stats wrong or is tocchet just making stuff up as he goes now?
