L’année dernière à cette époque, nous étions 3èmes dans l’Atlantique avec 62 points à 29/21/4 en 54 matchs, par rapport à cette année, où nous sommes 5èmes après la wild card avec 63 points à 28/22/7 en 57 matchs. Je ne dis pas que nous n’avons pas été foutus par les gardiens de but, mais cette saison n’est pas aussi mauvaise en termes de statistiques qu’il y paraît. C’est juste que tout le monde autour de nous semble jouer comme si c’était la finale pour la médaille d’or. GSG

    Ugh. If we beat Nashville and Montreal in regulation it would’ve been 3 points. Can’t look back though, gotta keep the eyes on the road

    Thankfully all those teams have to play each other a lot down the stretch. Someone has to lose those games.

    6 points isn’t that much and if the sens keep playing like they have been the last 10 games, they’ll be fine.

    The season’s elephant in the room is also improving.

    The solution has been clear as day for years in my opinion. Stop getting player-friendly country club coaches. Get an asshole. I’ll be downvoted to fuck, I don’t care. Get Tortz, Q or Babcock. Let’s switch it up. Switch it up if there is no playoffs. They all have something to prove. Light a fire.

    Imagine how close they’d be if they hadn’t thrown away those games in Carolina and Nashville, and at home against Montreal. Add five points and this is a completely different conversation.

    Following the Olympics, all bets are off and the final push for the playoffs will begin. Some teams will need to make hard decisions before trade deadline. The Sens are still in the race, GSG!

    Yeah but this year’s wild card is looking like it could be 99 points. It would take a pretty incredible run for us to hit 99 points, we absolutely need for one or two teams to fall off after the break.
