He was never a middling player lmao. Any bruins fan would tell you that. He was literally always one of the best wingers in the league. His two-way game and 1on1 skills have demonstrated that since his rookie season.
When was he ever a middling player? He was very good from his rookie year on. I just think a lot of people were slow to catch on to how good he was because he was such a rat.
I legit wanted him to go from Panther to Leafs, just to see how he would be called. His career definitely benefited from refs not seeing many many things. Not sure if this would have continued with Leafs.
Middling NHLer?
The last time anyone considered him possibly middling, he was still in his entry level contract and playing center full time.
And… he’s not a power forward, and never has been.
I dont get why hes in the team. Unless he has 7 games to play mind games, hes nit a very effective player anymore. The speed of the game has passed him. In a best on best tourney I imagine it would stick out even more
Never middling. Always has been very good player.

He’s never been a middling player lol. Dudes been a top player since he came into the league. He is just less of a jackass now
He absorbed the Sedin Twins powers, I thought this was common knowledge
We are so lucky to have this guy in Team Canada. LFG!
Ugh, I forgot I have to like Brad Marchand during the Olympics
Middling NHLer? Ffs the only season when he scored below 20 goals (18) was the 2012/13 lockout. Even as a rookie je scored 20.
From Rat to Riches, the Brad Marchand story.
