Wont be the first time we trade away a captain to the islanders and he comes back

  2. catafalc

Great attitude, good young leader too. Could have captaincy potential on a young team.

  3. mghtymrv

I know hindsight is 20-20 but imagine how different this team would be if we had picked Horvat.

  4. FestivalNudista

Maybe we could put something together and acquire him?

  5. lazertagenthusiast

Have you guys heard of this forsling guy for Sweden? If only you could get a guy like that for not much. 🙁

  6. Reasonable-Big4517

It’s been 4 years guys time to move on

  7. StevieNyx17

So clever and funny and no one else was thinking it

This exact same joke will be made a million times over and over again until horvat and hughes retire isnt it?

The guy scores clutch goals. He was the chosen one. Sorry but JR/PA blew this one.

Super happy for Bo. That was a beauty.

Too soon (cries into #53 skate sweater)

Big Game Bowie is just getting started in this tournament.

Where are yew, and I’m sew sorray, Horvat, will yew come home and stop this pain tonight. Stop this pain tonight

  15. That was an exciting goal. Brought a happy tear to my left eye and a sad tear to my right eye.

    Your joking right?

He was in a slump @ NYI before the Olympic break. Only 24 goals this year.

OK….here’s a better trade – straight up. Petterson (#40 aka Where’s Waldo?) for Horvat so we wouldn’t have such a cap hit, and he can have many more chances to play against his buddy Miller with NYR.

    It would be awesome! 🤣

The Olympics do bring out the best hockey that Canada (or any country) has. It’s just so awesome to be watching my dream team for real right now.

  17. Direct-Start-9048

Basically gave his money to Miller.
Because he had a bigger mouth.

  18. Low_Contract7809

Most frustrating aspect of the trade:

Bo seemed to be a quality person and teammate.

The other guy was clearly a locker room cancer.

This isn’t hindsight, all the fans could see this.

Unless he plays like mario lemieux, you gotta cut off the cancer.

  19. Interesting_Air_4215

Wow, that acceleration right as he gets the puck was something.

I’ve lost faith in the Canucks. A few months ago, they traded away the best defenseman in team history. Now they are dead last inthe NHL standings. WTF were they thinking?

  21. wimapooka

I originally hated that we chose Miller over Horvat, then it grew on me and I liked how we chose Miller over Horvat. Today I feel like death seeing how elite Horvat is.

  22. WTFvancouver

This guy has a 3.1 mil less AVV vs Petey 🫠.

  23. WTFvancouver

Its okay. We have David Kampf this game

  24. Optimal_Desk228

When I saw that goal I shed a tear knowing how long ago it feels like when he was a Canuck… what a shame.

  25. Charlie2343

Dude is noticeably faster than his Canucks days. Another fumbled development

  26. TheDutchin

My Bo shrine is probably never coming down. One of my all time favorite Canucks. I speak about him and Hank/Dank in the same breath.

  27. biff_jordan

It’s funny how many former Canucks are in the Olympics right now.
