The medical staff handled the whole thing in such an odd way. I hope he has a quick recovery. Doughty sounded torn up about it post-game.
If this isn’t an argument for having European sized ice at the olympics I don’t know what is. Sure the NHL sized phone booth is more physical and fun, but everyone wants their players to come home healthy and it’d be more fun to play a slightly different game than they’re used to just to shake it up a little.
